The reporter’s words

This car has parked entirely across the pavement outside this address 2 nights in a row (these pictures are from 2 separate nights). This is a frequent occurrence and has been happening for months now on and off. The grass has been ruined from the tyres, and there is absolutely no access past on the paved sidewalk. People in wheelchairs or with limited mobility will not be able to walk down this street. This is really disruptive and awful behaviour and is ruining the feeling of this community.
