The reporter’s words

Please do something about the car that keeps parking here - these people keep parking here and all of us in the neighbourhood hate it. We hate having a car parked across the entry way to our homes. I have complained to the council multiple times, and called multiple times during opening hours and I don’t think anything has been done, as I have yet to see these people with a ticket and they still park here. Please can you do something? Can some large rocks be put down to stop cars parking here?
