Information for parks team: at 7:46pm on 19th November, I witnessed a rider of a red 4-wheeler motorbike ride from Harakeke Reserve/Estate under the rail bridge through into Redwood Springs Reserve. I am assuming this was caught on camera. Maybe this area needs signage. If this anti-social behaviour becomes a problem then maybe enforcement will be needed.
