The reporter’s words

This section of hedge covers more than half the footpath. It needs to be hacked right back, not just trimmed. The tenants aren’t maintaining any of the hedges properly, but this section is the worst and covers the most footpath. It needs hacking back or removal. This is the 4th report I’ve submitted in 6 months for the same issue
