Overgrown Vegetation
Reported Wednesday, 11 February 2026 at 9:08 am, 1 Campion Pl, Canterbury, Christchurch 8025, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
This unkempt hedge now leaves less than 20cm of footpath clear of its branches. The tenants don’t bother maintaining any of the hedges along the footpath, leaving them all to grow wild. This is especially annoying when, during wet weather, the choice is between soaking wet trousers from the hedge or soaking wet feet from the grass. The hedge needs to either be removed or seriously hacked back to restore footpath access to pedestrians.
