The reporter’s words

Although the hedge has finally been trimmed, it still covers half the footpath. Given the very recent history of being allowed to grow wild over the footpath, this hedge needs to be hacked back, not just trimmed. There is hardly enough room to get a pushchair past and that is after trimming.
