Can the council change the sign near the traffic lights that says "No parking 11pm-5am" to "NO PARKING 24/7"? The poor tourists infront of us were fined $100!!! Its confusing because the SAME sign is further back on Harpur Ave but cars park all along there all day! Seems like taking advantage by not having consistent/clearer signs on Harpur Ave.
