The reporter’s words

The steps leading down to the small beach from Harbour View Terrace, cass bay, are very wet with puddles which I suspect are from the sewage pipe above. We know there is sewage pipe there, there have been previous issues, and if this is the case again this going down to the beach and into the sea.
