The reporter’s words
Tree branches at head height protruding onto busy sidewalk - very hard to see now that there are no leaves on the tree and it gets dark quickly. They stretch right across a "lane" of the shared pathway when using the pedestrian/cycle access between Selwyn Street and Hagley Park. These branches desperately needs a trim, very easy to walk/cycle/skate/scoot into and get scratches or an eye poked!
