I emailed on the 10th of October, never had a response at all. The council put 9 Regency Crescent, Redwood on the berm mowing list due to a request for a larger green bin to put the clippings in, due to there being a cost I have declined this and now the council are mowing and not doing a good job at all. I looked after this lawn for 12 years and now it is a total mess with grass just reaching the top of the fence. It is the council's idea to mow this lawn and know it should at least be done reasonably. Frustrated - yes, Bill Cranshaw, 0211489150.
