The reporter’s words

Someone has put sheep/poo pellets all over this public seating area. Usually a lot of people use this space including food distribution to rough sleepers and people doing it tough. It’s now a very unwelcoming and disgusting place. It doesn’t look like the council have laid this intentionally and it’s focused on seating areas. Looks quite intentional to stop the public using this space.
