The contractors on this site are cowboys. They have wrecked the footpath and roadside. The footpath is broken and potholed, mud and puddles of dirty water. Major health and safety risks to pedestrians. How does a blind or visually impaired person get through this hazard area. Wheelchair and women with young children and pram. Shocking H&S by cowboy contractors. The H&S rules clear, this area should have cones, safe raised ramp over the broken muddy path. Signs to warn of danger
