I recently had a real estate agent up to my house and he was surprised to find it was only two bedrooms when his research showed three to four. I just looked on two sites and they show the same information. As 6 Days Road is definitely only two bedrooms, I was wondering if the CCC rate value is partly determined by this factor and therefore wrong too?
