Reporting on a slow bit steady decline of the new $396+ million dollar ratepayer-funded and taxpayer-funded public facility. Parakiore Facilities Report 1. Broken toilet roll holders 2. Unclean flooring in pool area 3. Fire safety sprinkler in sauna 2 dislodged 4. Broken door stops ground level woman’s bathrooms 5. Tap sensor not working 6. Door locks malfunctioning 7. Shower curtain rails missing Considering the cost and delays the maintenance is definitely not up to par.
