The reporter’s words

This bollard needs re-locking in the vertical position. In addition, can high quality reflective white hi-vis be placed on the top and base of these bollards. That way if they are lying down at night, it can be seen by a cyclist/e-scooter rider in the dark. The reflective tape on the front is not easily seen when they are lying down because it is not facing the rider. Can the transport team see if this something that can be included in their manufacture so it is standard for each.
