The reporter’s words

Out of order for most of the last TWO YEARS. This is incompetence and insulting to ratepayers and pool users. Whose responsibility is this? Either fix it or take it out. It's simple. The two brands of machine are used in many pools. Why can't Linwood pool manage theirs? Who seems incapable or organizing a solution? Beyond a joke. Ridiculous.
