The reporter’s words

it's 2:30am, why is this One NZ sign blazing as bright as the sun? I know there are events on this weekend, but just like noise must be reduced after a certain hour, so should light emissions. This is disruptive to people who live in the area and presents a health issue related to sleep quality, the same way noise does. I know the sign isn't always this bright, so there must be some way to control it.
