Not impressed pizzas & sides were due to arrive between 7.50pm & 8pm did not arrive till 8.34pm and were cold. Also garlic base and apricot sauce missing from the one thats been split open.Told driver to take them back as they were cold he said please No. Even phoning the shop my calls were disconnected. I get Dominoes delivery often and its normally awesome, pizzas & sides piping hot. This has been a let down.
align growth, 4 months agoOrdered a bacon cheese burger pizza, removed the beef and mayo and added chicken, and tomato, ended up with chicken and just cheese, rung the store told me I could have any free pizza I liked to pick up even though I got my order delivered and it was their stuff up, she thought it was fair even though I just had paid extra money to modify it and got it delivered that I should have to go down and get it, disgusting customer service and by looking at the reviews they haven't improved and only send stock standard replies to reviews
T Mckenzie, 3 months agoI got a stuffed crust, creamy mushroom and veg pizza. And it personally didn’t taste right. I don’t ever order from here but thought I’d give it a go. There was a lot of charcoal in it. And the stuffed crust tasted cheese less. It was just so doughy. Not how it normally tastes from another dominos.
