Give MUSSE T a raise! We were in Christchurch CBD and popped into Hallensteins to check out some clothing we identified on the website. We were helped by a very kind man Musse who located the right sizes for us and went above and beyond with pricing and shipping items to us that needed to be transferred to their store as they were out of stock. He was calm, easy to talk to and happy to help where he could. My partner and I were so impressed by his level of hospitality that we spoke about it hours after our experience. Thank you Musse for helping us and making our weekend, you're a legend!

Workers were busy helping people but still managed to greet my son and I as soon as we entered the store within seconds. Everything was so eazy to find in the store and exceeded our expectations! A staff member led us to the changing rooms to try on multiple items and were very helpful. The same staff member took the initiative to clear out the changing room next door to us! So great to see young workers with a strong work ethic. Not something you see very often. Overall great experience. Thank you team Hallenste

She was so friendly and helpful with my return and finding a replacement item, nothing was too much hassle for her.
