The reporter’s words

This car has been parking in the disabled carpark outside Francescas restaurant for many months now, and for long periods of time. It has a disabled parking permit, but it's tucked in a place where it's quite obscured. I've seen a number of genuine disabled/elderly people trying to park here, but unable to. It's pretty annoying for them.
