If the Christchurch City Council won't look after street trees, why do they sign off on spending thousands of dollars of Rate Payers hard earned cash on trees in timber planter boxes that they then don't water!? You declared a Climate and Ecological Emergency, so do something about these water starved trees you morons! It's impossible to be respectful when you idiots are ignoring the glaringly obvious!
