Hello, I live close to the Plunket Building which I believe is council owned- I just wanted to let you know that it looks like there are some people living in the verandah, have seen them coming and going. Possibly be a good idea to check on the security of the building itself. Could be a good idea to secure the verandah as this has happened before. Thanks
