People are still living in the abandoned Plunket rooms. Last night there was a lot of shouting, abuse towards neighbours, and what sounded like property damage being done. Police were called but as owner of the property CCC needs to be more proactively managing and securing this property, it shouldn't be up to the neighbours and police.
