Reported Wednesday, 20 December 2023 at 5:21 pm, 36 Union Street, New Brighton, Christchurch 8061, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Looks like some dumped stuff at the Plunket, also people have left chairs and things and put a padlock on the little shed at the back- slightly concerned the homeless people who were here are going to come back over the holiday season.
