Hello Our green bin lid is missing a hinge "bolt" after it was emptied on last Monday. The neighbour told me when she bought the bin back in. It had also happened to her bin at 21 Aylmers Valley Road (her bin is only a few months old). We are wondering if this has happened due to the way the bins are being emptied? She found her bolt bit on the ground but it has since disappeared again. Our bin is parked on the roadside and easily accessible for a repair. Thanks
