The reporter’s words

Hi The road has just been sealed and they've rightly covered the drain. But we need it emptied now. The cover needs to come off and it needs to flow. Also it needs sucking out as it will be full of debris. (The drain on the end of the hospital grounds is blocked too and needs a good flush end to end, which is about 5 m). I noticed that one overflowing in the rains, forcing water across the intersection towards Garden of Tane. Thanks (I would normally lift the grate but it's too heavy for me)
