The reporter’s words

stormwater blocked on the side of the road. and the novaflow on our lower lawn isnt draining how it usually is. possible that the council stormwater is blocked? we have never had mushy ground like this at this time of year before. esp since there hasn't been any heavy recent rain. the drain by the road is usually dry once it stops raining, but i reported it needed cleaning in summer. has anyone done that? when the roadworks were last done inthe last few years, all the chipseal flows into drain
