Blinds require opening. Too often the pool-side blinds spanning the length of the competition pool & dive well are left down unnecessarily. This compromises the aesthetic design and intended use of windows to create interaction between the pool & streetscape. Sun glare is not an issue. Please can all blinds be raised and left open.
