The shop is right next door to my hotel the Muse so i just noticed the beautiful clothing and had to step in. Rather that random suvenieres i preffer to buy local brands that i can acutually wear everyday day back home. The blond lady was amazing and super sweet and helpfull. I end up spending $800 coz it was soooo good! I'm glad i find an amazing brand that ships to Austalia for free! You got yourself a new fan. The pieces i got are stunning! Also one of the pants i wanted to buy they didnt have my size but the lady offered to ship to australia from the whearehouse! That was amazing customer
Anna Coen, 9 months agoDidn't adhere to customer rights of the choosing of a refund or another item to the total of amount of faulty garment material plus had an obnoxious encounter especilly when informing/reminding of customers rights and the obvious faulty material and lame excuse of staff policy and having to wait on days to only be rung to late on same morning and told refunded. As a customer who does not reside where stores are yet managed to return garment in person. It was a very disappointing outcome of not being able to physically look for a replacement. jan houliston, 6 months agoBest shopping experience I have had in a clothing store perhaps ever!!! Dropped in this morning as I just happened to walk past... I was in my active wear and sweating. Fantastic customer service, I walked out with a gorgeous dress and feeling super excited for an event tonight 💕 Thankyou to the beautiful lady who served me, you made me feel really good about myself!
