The reporter’s words

For the fourth time in a short time, can you please fix this problem!!! You have thrown a little bit of asphalt 3 times in a row that s month and it looks like there is a water issue under the road now. If you persist in ignoring basic maintenance of this road, the time will come when the road is really damaged and the cost of fixing it will be enormous.
