This is a recurring breakdown of this particular pothole. Probably a water leak underneath Why don’t the contractors fix this properly for once. Dig down deep and fill from bottom up instead of putting a thin layer of bitumen on the sides surface High volume traffic This has been deteriorating since before Christmas Stop wasting our ratepayer money and fix with good quality products.
