The reporter’s words

Hi Workers have started cleaning part of the gutter this week and left some rocks in it. This means that leaves and small branches will again block the gutter next time it rains. The gutters all along Scarborough road need cleaning and fixing. Not just a token job. I noticed that they put cones in the gutter when they were working and understand the safety concern. The cost of moving these cones constantly and the time exposure to traffic negates the improved security. Kind regards Bernie
