The reporter’s words
The road was dug up and resurfaced on Tuesday. The next day the water started bubbling up. The new surface is starting to crack. The contractor chose to do the work at 8.30 in the morning. Massive disruption for people heading to work. We were told they were aware of the water problem. Why wasn’t the job done properly in the first place.
