Had dinner with "Trust the Chef" option. Food was uniquely served. Definitely dining for the experience only as it was pricey. Service was really good. They take your coats and put in on a heating rack, prompt refills and seem knowledgeable with what they serve. My weird observation is that they prepare all the meals without gloves, no one wears it. Must be a fine dining thing?? They offer sparkling or still water on the menu, feel free to ask for "tap" water as its free.

We chose the 6-course menu for $145 per person, expecting a memorable fine dining experience, but unfortunately it was very disappointing. Food * Every single dish was extremely salty. My absolute favourite was the porcini mushroom, sage and white chocolate dessert. It was truly delicious. My second favourite was the smoked creamed corn, lime pickle and curry oil. It was the first time I’ve truly experienced eating an elevated home-style classic dish. It felt familiar, yet this version blew any family recipe out of the park (sorry grandma).
